Grand Haven Retirement

Grand Haven was founded with the
passion and belief that seniors deserve
choice in housing and care options that
promote their independence and maintain
their dignity and privacy. Owned by
Callahan Construction Inc., Grand Haven
opened its doors in July 2007 with 53
apartments. In the spring of 2008, the
project for adding a second phase began
which lead to an additional 12 memory care
apartments as well as 12 additional assisted
living apartments. In March of 2009, that
addition was completed and ready for
residents.

Grand Haven Retirement Community is all
about your choice-your home, your way. This
building has been designed to accommodate
a variety of living situations: Assisted and
Independent Living; Townhome Living; and
Studio Apartments in the memory care
addition, Moments. Our apartments within
Grand Haven offer various sizes and
amenities where residents can recieve
assistance with personal cares privately. The
1,420 square foot townhomes located behind
Grand Haven provide another option for the
carfree, retirement independence.
