Our mission is to provide an environment that meets
the needs of each individual resident with comfort,
compassion, integrity, meaning, purpose and safety.
Much time will be spent gathering an understanding
of each person so we can tailor activities to reach that
goal. Every aspect of Moments has been researched
and implemented to better serve persons with
Alzheimer's disease and related memory disorders.
There are a variety of areas and activities from quiet
and passive to active and involved to accommodate
those individual needs. The staff has been screened
carefully and trained to understand and handle the special needs of your loved one. All cares
are individualized to meet the needs of each resident. Our staff provides 24 hour service such as
bathing, grooming, eating, medications; all while meeting the emotional needs of each resident.
Nursing support is available 24/7 as well.
Specs: 375 square feet
$4,500.00 per month
$1,800.00 for second person
a one time, non-refundable Lifestyle Fee of $2,000 must be paid by residents who choose to make
