Grand Haven’s Assisted Living Program is designed to increase your independence by customizing a care plan that fits your wants and needs. We offer many activities to choose from, which stimulate the mind and body. No matter what your state of life, our program will allow you to remain independent in with top-notch elderly care provided.

Just because you’ve decided to move into our Assisted Living Program doesn’t mean an end to your social life. Our residents have the option to explore Eldridge and the Quad Cities. Your needs and wants are important, so we take your suggestions into account when planning our events. It is easy to get out and have fun with cities like Bettendorf, IA, and Davenport, IA so close by.

Just a few examples of places we visited:

• Golf Cart Tour @ Scott County Park; Glenn’s Creek Golf Course
• River Bandits baseball game @ Modern Woodmen Park (suite on the Mississippi River)
• North Scott High School Homecoming parade with Grand Haven King & Queen (We take our Grand Haven bus out to the church parking lot for a tailgate party)!
• Circa 21 “Lunch & Show”
• Countryside bus trip for ice-cream
• In December, bus tour with Davenport Police Department & Senior Christmas light tour

Apartment Housing

We want to make sure you feel right at home at Grand Haven Retirement Community. Each senior living apartment has an open floor plan, making it easy to make it yours. You can bring your furnishings to your new apartment including your bed, couch, tv, recliners, table sets, and other items you may need to be content in your new home. Your comfort is important to us, so we help make creating a comfortable and relaxing space as smooth as possible.

All apartments have a private living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath, and walk-in shower. We offer several assisted living apartment options for your lifestyle and needs. No matter which options you choose, You will have plenty of space to host family and friends!

Senior Living Options

Our location near the Quad Cities is conveniently located for your senior living needs. We are right off Exit 127 in Eldridge, Iowa, only 10 miles from downtown Davenport, Iowa! We are 18 miles from the Moline, Illinois Airport and 30 miles from Clinton, Iowa.

Many services and amenities are included in our program: 3 meals are served daily:
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Lunch is served from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Dinner is served from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
We also provide housekeeping and laundry services, scheduled transportation, and many more amenities for your convenience.

Your care is important to us, and we will provide the level of care necessary on an individualized basis. You can explore your options and find the best care plan that works for you. We do also offer independent living or memory care programs to fit all levels of care needed.

Cost of Senior Housing

We all know that looking into assisted living can be stressful because you have to ask, “Well, how much does it cost?” “Can I afford it?” We offer several different assisted living packages and services to choose from. We want to make sure your care is specific to your needs and provide you with an affordable living situation.
