Retirement Townhouses

Creating independent senior housing has been a central focus at Grand Haven Retirement. We offer 10 Townhouses in our retirement community, providing you with maximum autonomy while maintaining any supports you may need. This deluxe townhome is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom home which features a one or two car attached garage. The home features a full kitchen, dining room, and a laundry room furnished with a washer and dryer. All appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and garbage disposal are already included in the home to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Townhouses are one level, with no steps for your safety. Walk out the sliding glass door to your own backyard patio and enjoy the fresh air! We take care of lawn care and snow removal for your convenience. Relax in your living room on a cold winter day with your gas fireplace. Each resident in our townhomes receives a state of the art emergency call system pendant for your safety and peace of mind. Help is always available when you need it. As a member of Grand Haven Retirement Community, you will have access to our beauty salon and barber services as well as all the social, recreational, religious, and educational activities offered at Grand Haven. You also get one meal a day in our grand hall and bi-weekly housekeeping services.
