Grand Haven’s Moments Memory Care Program, offers a higher level of care for those who request or require additional support and services including those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. Our extensive Memory Care Program provides a secure environment and is designed to promote dignity, independence, and choice. We offer a variety of daily one-on-one and group activities to engage each resident in meaningful and fulfilling past times. Residents of our Moments Memory Care Program participate in specialized activities designed for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. They also participate in activities in our Assisted Living Program if suitable for their care plans. Our memory care residents have access to all the amenities and services that are included in our Assisted Living Program, as well as a private, secured patio and secured entrances and exits. 1 Bedroom, 375 sq ft.
